The Dream

I had a dream....

Nothing profound ... just a dream of a landscape, with doves and three houses sitting on a hill. I do have some weird but very vivid dreams at times but this one felt like it needed to be a painting. It was a strong clear image so sketched it out and started painting. With only a dream for reference it’s a challenge. I could include anything in it, indeed I may add a hare!

I’ve an urge to paint something more abstract next painting. A wild colourful fusion that lifts my spirits towards Spring. Winter oddly dulls my creativity, whereas in Spring it emerges from its hibernation, eager to leap into action!
